NORMAL DELIVERY UPDATES

Your Order Will Be Delivered By Royal Mail in the UK And May Arrive Anytime Between 09am And 8pm. An Adult Signature Confirmation Will Be Required At Point Of Delivery.

Orders Where Billing Address And Shipping Address Do Not Match Are Subject To Customer Verification, Which Can Cause A Delay In Shipping. It is best to have both addresses as the same.

You Will Receive A Confirmation Email Once Your Order Is On Its Way.

Please Allow Up To 48hrs For Tracking Info To Update In Our System.

If You’re Not In When Your Parcel Arrives, Royal Mail might NOT Leave Your Package In Your Mailbox Or On Your Porch. It Will Be Taken Back To Your Nearest Royal Mail Centre. They’ll Leave You A Note To Tell You When They Will Attempt To Redeliver.

Deliveries Are Not Made On Public Holidays, So You Can Expect Your Order To Arrive The Next Business Day.
